Leaving and accessing
messages is a very simple process. Step 1At the time of their visit, your patient is given an instruction slip with a date they can begin calling, a phone number and their own unique code that will allow them to access their information.Step 2You or your staff, then record the confidential information by simply using a touch tone phone.Step 3After the date indicated on the slip, the patient may then call the system any time, day or night, for up to 30 days. Following very simple prompts they can access their confidential information.Step 4Use your secure website to confirm that patients have accessed their messages. |
